  • Permits are free in Zones 13 and 14, including a second permit.
  • Second permits: Zone 1 has none, but you can ask to join the waiting list, which is reviewed around April and October. Zones 17, 18 and 20 to 23 don't offer a second permit.
  • A temporary permit costs £15 (£12.50 in Zones 20 to 22). It's a three-week permit you print while your annual permit is processed.
  • A replacement permit costs £14 at Gateway.
